Nika Manukova is a management consultant, business trainer, mentor and coach with more than 20 years’ experience.
Nika is founder and CEO of SIGNUM Consulting Company, specialized in busines process optimization and reengineering, management systems implementation at the different fields of economy – Quality, Food Safety, Ecology, Information Security, Laboratory, Health and Safety Management Systems according to ISO, EN, DIN, GOST, Global G.A.P, Eco, Bio, Fairwild, GxP (GMP/GDP/GLP/GHP) and other international standards. She initiated the Quality Management Academy to prepare the qualified management representatives in the organizations.
From 2010 Nika specialized in Economic Zones (Free Economic Zones, Special Economic Zones, Industrial Zones, Technological Zones, Clusters) development processes as well. She is a Regional Director of World Free Zones Organization, responsible for European and CIS countries – in total 64 countries with head office in Barcelona, Spain.
Being a business trainer and consultant, she works with a number of local and international organizations, including EBRD, GIZ, JICA, UNDP, UNIDO, UISEF, Save the Children, World Bank, EU4Business, OECD, OSCE, FREDA. SME DNC, APY, OxFarm, OxiGen, GOPA, GOPA CARTERMILL S.A., IMO, PECB, Bureau Veritas, SGS, TUV.
Nika involved in social activity as well – she is member of Rotary International, Mantashov Entrepreneurs Union, Awesome foundation.
