Sona Hovsepyan is a dynamic professional with 17 years of extensive experience, excelling in both Customer Service and HR domains. Over the course of her career, she has garnered expertise in soft skill training, customer care projects, and call center optimization. Having recently completed certification as a Corporate Trainer (Soft Skills) from the Corporate University of MTS Russia, Sona continues to advance her skills by pursuing coaching training at Erickson Coaching International.

With a proven track record, Sona has freelanced for over 20 companies, delivering impactful training in three languages and positively influencing more than 3500 participants. Her proficiency extends to Enneagram, where she holds certification as a Specialist and is currently progressing towards becoming a Master.

In her current role as a People Project Partner and Soft Skills Trainer at an international IT company, Sona remains committed to fostering cooperative relationships, driving results, and contributing to the success of her teams. Her proactive and creative approach makes her an asset in facilitating positive change and growth within the organizational landscape.

Sona Hovsepyan has recently obtained certification as an HR Business Partner from AHIR (Association of HR Professionals). This accomplishment further enhances her qualifications and expertise in the field of human resources, showcasing her commitment to staying abreast of industry standards and best practices.
