Sona is certified as a Soft Skills Corporate Trainer (MTS Russia), HR BP and L&D Specialist (AIHR), and Erickson Professional Coach. She is also a Master-level Enneagram Specialist, applying personality dynamics to enhance emotional intelligence.
As the founder of Soft Skills with Sona, she has partnered with 35+ organizations and trained more than 4,300 professionals across various industries. Her programs support organizational growth through strategic HR practices, competency development, and improved collaboration.
Currently, Sona serves as an Expert People Partner in the international IT sector, working with global teams across Healthcare and Travel. She continues to mentor, coach, and consult leaders and teams, fostering purpose-driven performance and a culture where people thrive.
